In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, five officers in the rank of Principal Chief Commissioner of Customs and Indirect Taxes (PCCCIT) have received fresh assignments following their promotion. A R S Kumar has been posted to the Customs Zone in Chennai, while Rimjhim Prasad has been transferred to the Directorate General of Performance Management (DGPM).
Meanwhile, Rajesh Jindal takes over responsibilities at DG Systems and Data Management, Rajeev Gupta heads to the CGST & Central Excise (CX) Vadodara Zone, and Simmi Jain has been moved to DG Audit.
