Senior IAS officer Gaurav Dayal, belonging to the 2004 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), Navi Mumbai, at the Joint Secretary level.
Dayal’s appointment is expected to bring strategic leadership and operational excellence to India’s premier port, enhancing its role in the nation’s maritime logistics and trade infrastructure.
