Himachal Pradesh IAS transfers: 4 officers reshuffled, new DCs appointed in Bilaspur and Lahaul-Spiti

Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh government has issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers, bringing changes to district administration and senior-level departmental assignments. The reshuffle includes new Deputy Commissioners for Bilaspur and Lahaul and Spiti districts.

Under the administrative changes, Rahul Kumar has been moved from Bilaspur to the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), while Kiran Bhadana and Nivedita Negi have been assigned charge of the two district administrations.

• Rahul Kumar (IAS: 2016, Himachal Pradesh cadre): Transferred from Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur, and appointed Managing Director of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), Shimla.
• Dr Yunus (IAS: 2010, Himachal Pradesh cadre): Secretary (State Taxes and Excise) has been assigned additional charge as Secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD), Social Welfare Department (SWD) and Parliamentary Affairs.
• Kiran Bhadana (IAS: 2017, Himachal Pradesh cadre): Shifted from Deputy Commissioner, Lahaul and Spiti, to Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur.
• Nivedita Negi (IAS: 2017, Himachal Pradesh cadre): Transferred from Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, and appointed Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul and Spiti.

Changes in District Administration:
