The Competent Authority has approved additional charges for two senior IAS officers during the leave period of the regular incumbents.
Sudhansh Pant, IAS (RJ:1991), Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, will hold the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) from September 12 to October 4, 2026, during the leave of Ms. V. Vidyavathi, IAS (KN:1991).
Meanwhile, Rajendra Kumar, IAS (TN:1992), Secretary, Department of Border Management, will take additional charge of Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat from September 11 to September 20, 2026, during the leave of Ashish Srivastava, IAS (MP:1992).
