Probationary IAS officers of the 2024 batch from the Assam-Meghalaya Joint Cadre (Assam segment) have been posted as Assistant Commissioners in various districts of Assam. Tejas Agnihotri is appointed in Nagaon, Akanchha Singh in Dhubri, K N Chandana Jahnavi in Sivasagar, Unhale Ashish Vidhyadhar in Cachar, and Sindhu N Raghavan in Jorhat.
