IPS officer Santosh Kumar Singh appointed DIG in CISF on deputation

Santosh Kumar Singh has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Industrial Security Force on a deputation basis.

A 2011-batch IPS officer of the Chhattisgarh cadre, Dr. Singh will take on the new role as part of the central deputation process aimed at strengthening leadership in central armed police forces.

The appointment highlights ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and administrative leadership within the CISF.
