India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), under the Ministry of Tourism, posted robust Q1 FY26 results with turnover reaching Rs. 92.48 crore and Profit Before Tax (PBT) at Rs. 12.90 crore, up from Rs. 84.14 crore turnover and Rs. 10.12 crore PBT in Q1 FY25. The growth reflects ITDC’s strategic focus on service excellence, diversification, and sustainability.
Managing Director Ms. Mugdha Sinha credited the performance to consistent efforts across all SBUs. Moving forward, ITDC plans to strengthen its presence in hotels, capacity building, ticketing, events, and duty-free retail while leveraging technology, data analytics, and sustainable practices to drive long-term growth and contribute to India’s tourism-led economic development.
