K Ramakrishna Rao appointed Chief Secretary of Telangana

Senior IAS officer K Ramakrishna Rao has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Telangana. Belonging to the 1991 batch of the IAS and Telangana cadre, he steps into the state’s top bureaucratic position.
