Keshav Kumar Pathak becomes special secretary, Cabinet Secretariat

Keshav Kumar Pathak, a seasoned 1990 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre, has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat. He takes charge at the level equivalent to Secretary to the Government of India.
