M Sai Kumar appointed Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu

M Sai Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu following directions issued by the Election Commission of India. He is a 1990-batch IAS officer belonging to the Tamil Nadu cadre.
