In a key administrative reshuffle in Maharashtra, 10 IAS officers have been assigned new roles.
Lokesh Chandra has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister in Mumbai, while Ashwini Bhide becomes Municipal Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
Vikas Chandra Rastogi takes charge as Additional Chief Secretary (Financial Reforms), and Vinita Vaid Singal has been posted as Principal Secretary, Soil & Water Conservation.
Other key postings include Parimal Singh (Secretary, Agriculture), Tukaram Mundhe (Secretary, Disaster Management), Lahu Mali (MD, Shivshahi Punarvasan Project Ltd), Manik Guisal (Secretary, Divyang Kalyan), Prerna Deshbhratar (Commissioner, Fisheries), and Prithviraj B P (Municipal Commissioner, Vasai Virar).
