Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of West Bengal. A 1990-batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre, Agarwal takes over the state’s top bureaucratic post with extensive administrative experience across multiple departments.
