Manoj Kumar Dubey, a officer of the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) from the 1993 batch, currently serves as Director (Finance) at CONCOR, has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Indian Railways Finance Corporation (IRFC).
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has officially approved his appointment to this key position.
