Mayank Sharma, a senior officer from the 1989 batch of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), has been appointed as Financial Advisor (Defence Services) in the Ministry of Defence. With his vast experience in defence finance, Sharma will now play a key role in overseeing the financial administration and planning within the armed forces.
