NBCC (India) Ltd has officially launched the construction of 156 Type-V residential quarters at West Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, under the AIIMS Residential Redevelopment Scheme. The Bhoomi Pujan ceremony saw the presence of key dignitaries including NBCC CMD K.P. Mahadevaswamy and CVO Ritu Pande. With a total estimated cost of ₹144 crore, this marks a major step toward modern housing for the AIIMS community.
Alongside this, NBCC is also developing 117 Type-IV special quarters, contributing to a ₹180 crore urban development initiative backed by seed funding. The success of similar projects like the World Trade Center at Nauroji Nagar reflects growing confidence in NBCC’s sustainable infrastructure model.
