This sale not only aids in repaying outstanding bank loans and reducing ongoing project costs but also marks a key turning point in the revival of stalled Amrapali Group projects. Aspire Silicon City, monitored under the guidance of the Supreme Court, stands out for its state-of-the-art design and strategic location. With over 11.8 million sq. ft. across five key projects now sold for a combined ₹9695.85 crore, NBCC cements its reputation as a transparent, efficient, and investor-trusted real estate leader in India.
