The digitally conducted auction saw enthusiastic participation with bids soaring well beyond reserve prices. This sale not only aids in repaying outstanding bank loans and reducing ongoing project costs but also marks a key turning point in the revival of stalled Amrapali Group projects. Aspire Silicon City, monitored under the guidance of the Supreme Court, stands out for its state-of-the-art design and strategic location. With over 11.8 million sq. ft. across five key projects now sold for a combined ₹9695.85 crore, NBCC cements its reputation as a transparent, efficient, and investor-trusted real estate leader in India.
