The National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India reported a consolidated total income of ₹4,397 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, compared to ₹5,080 crore in the corresponding period last year. The exchange posted a consolidated net profit of ₹2,650 crore for Q4FY25. For the full financial year, NSE’s total income rose by 17% year-on-year to ₹19,177 crore, while net profit surged by an impressive 47% to ₹12,188 crore.

The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹35 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. NSE’s total contribution to the national exchequer for FY25 stood at ₹59,798 crore, reflecting its substantial role in the country’s financial ecosystem.
