Phool Chand Meena, a 2004 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre, has been assigned additional responsibilities. Currently serving as Commissioner & Secretary, Human Resource Development (HRD), he will now also hold the charge of Commissioner & Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), in Haryana. This dual role reflects the state government’s trust in his administrative expertise.
