Prashant Kumar Singh, Chief Secretary of Manipur, has been given additional responsibilities as the Chief Vigilance Commissioner of Manipur and the Principal Resident Commissioner of Manipur Bhawan, New Delhi. He belongs to the 1993 batch of the IAS, Manipur cadre.
