Pankaj Kumar, who is presently the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), Ranchi, has been assigned additional responsibility as CVO for Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), Singrauli. This additional role is for a six-month period. Pankaj Kumar is a 2007 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
