Prashant Panwar has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Coal under the Central Staffing Scheme. A 2015-batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre, he will serve in the role for a tenure of four years, contributing to policy and administrative functions in the coal sector.
