Raj Kumar has been appointed as Deputy General Manager (Director level) at the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED), Ranchi, covering the Bihar-Jharkhand region. The appointment has been made on a deputation basis. He is a 2012 batch Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer.
