Reshuffle of IAS officers in Odisha

The Odisha government has transferred over a dozen IAS officers. Key appointments include Rajesh Prabhakar Patil as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Co-operation; Dr Bijay Upadhyaya to continue as Secretary, Odia Language and Culture; and Samarth Verma as Director, Minor Minerals. New Sub-Collectors have also been appointed across multiple regions including Dharamgarh, Baliguda, Panchpir, Gunupur, and Berhampur.
