Seven IPS officers transferred in Chhattisgarh

The Chhattisgarh government has implemented a major reshuffle in the police department, transferring seven IPS officers to new postings.

According to the latest order, Mohit Garg has been appointed as Assistant Inspector General of Police at the Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur. Chandramohan Singh will now serve as Director, Training Operations, Fire and Emergency Services, Home Guard, and Civil Defence Headquarters in Raipur. Ms. Ankita Sharma has been assigned the post of Superintendent of Police (SP), Rajnandgaon.

Additionally, Yaduvali Akshay Kumar takes charge as Assistant Inspector General of Police at the Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur; Mrs. Ratna Singh becomes SP, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur; Prafull Thakur has been posted as SP, Sakti; and Pankaj Chandra joins as SP, Kondagaon.

This reshuffle is aimed at improving administrative efficiency and strengthening law enforcement operations across the state.
