Three IFoS officers elevated to PCCF rank

In a key promotion move, three senior Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officers from the 1995 batch—Rama Shankar Sinha, Krishna Bahadur Singh, and Shyam Sundar Kandpal—have been promoted to the prestigious rank of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) under the Joint AGMUT cadre.
