In a fresh round of promotions, three distinguished officers have ascended to the rank of Inspector General. Manu Maharaj and K. S. K. Gurudin have both been promoted within their respective cadres, while Akhilesh Kumar has been elevated to the rank of IG within the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
