Two IAS officers appointed as senior special secretaries in West Bengal Agriculture Department

Two 2012-batch IAS officers from the West Bengal cadre, Mrs. Sima Sarkar and Subrata Biswas, have been appointed as Senior Special Secretaries in the Agriculture Department of West Bengal.
