Two officers from the Non-State Civil Service (Non-SCS) cadre of Tamil Nadu—F. Abdul Razick and V. Nallasivan—have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Their elevation has been approved against the IAS Select List of 2024, and both officers have been allocated the Tamil Nadu cadre. The promotion recognises their long-standing service and administrative experience within the state administration.
