In a significant administrative move, the Uttar Pradesh government has appointed eight IAS officers as District Magistrates (DMs) across various districts. Madhusudan Hulgi has taken charge as DM of Deoria, while Samuel Pal N has been posted in Jaunpur. Anand Vardhan assumes office in Mau, and Gaurav Singh Sogarwal in Maharajganj. Santosh Kumar Sharma has been appointed DM of Firozabad, Rajendra Painsiya in Moradabad, Ankit Khandelwal in Sambhal, and Abhishek Pandey in Pratapgarh. The reshuffle aims to enhance governance efficiency at the district level.
