The case involves Oklahoma’s proposed St. Isidore of Seville Virtual Charter School, which seeks public funding despite its Catholic affiliation. The Oklahoma Supreme Court had previously blocked the school, citing First Amendment concerns, but now the high court will decide if public funds can be allocated to a religiously affiliated charter school.
