Vikram Dev Dutt Appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Coal

Vikram Dev Dutt, a 1993 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Coal.

His extensive administrative experience will guide the ministry in shaping critical energy policies and managing coal resources efficiently.
