Vikrant Pandey appointed Secretary to Gujarat Chief Minister

Dr Vikrant Pandey has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He is a 2005 batch IAS officer from the Gujarat cadre, stepping into a key administrative role in the state government.
