Akriti Chopra, co-founder and chief people officer at Zomato, has resigned effective immediately to pursue other interests. She joined the company in 2011 and played a crucial role in its growth and international expansion. Her departure follows shareholder concerns about potential conflicts of interest after Zomato acquired Blinkit in 2022. This marks the fifth co-founder exit.
