Two Bihar IAS officers elevated to HAG

Prem Singh Meena and N Sarvana Kumar, IAS officers of the 2000 batch from the Bihar cadre, have been promoted to the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG). This promotion reflects their exemplary contributions to the civil service.
