Former R&AW chief and 1976 batch IPS officer from the Haryana cadre, Alok Joshi, has been appointed as the Chairman of the revamped National Security Advisory Board (NSAB). He leads a seven-member body comprising high-ranking veterans from military, police, and diplomatic services.
