Biswarup Das, a 2010 batch IRS-C&IT officer, has been appointed as Director in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). With his rich experience in administration and taxation, Das is expected to contribute significantly to the UPSC’s operations and its mission of selecting capable individuals for public service.
