The Delhi Directorate of Education has launched a winter survey to identify out-of-school children (OoSC), including children with special needs (CwSN), for enrollment in schools. Conducted from January 1-15, the survey will be carried out by 246 teams across districts. Children identified will be enrolled by January 31, with a final report due by February 7.
