Amit Kumar Agarwal has been appointed Commissioner & Secretary, Development & Panchayats, with additional charge of MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. Saket Kumar was named Additional PS to the CM, and Yash Pal has been appointed Deputy PS to the CM.
