Puneet Kumar Goel, the Chief Secretary of Goa, has been transferred to New Delhi. He has been appointed as the Secretary of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes.
Goel is a 1991 batch IAS officer from the UT cadre, and his move marks a significant transition as he takes on this new national role.
