Senior IAS officer H Rajesh Prasad has been appointed as the Chief Secretary (CS) of Chandigarh. A 1995-batch officer of the AGMUT cadre, Prasad brings extensive administrative experience to his new role, where he will lead the Union Territory’s top bureaucratic functions.
