The Central Government has approved the inter-cadre transfer of Harish Jain, IPS (KL:2021) from the Kerala cadre to the Haryana cadre on the grounds of marriage.
According to the order, Harish Jain, a 2021-batch Indian Police Service officer of the Kerala cadre, has been transferred to the Haryana cadre following his marriage to Kanika Goyal, IAS (Haryana:2023).
The inter-cadre transfer has been approved by the Central Government in accordance with the applicable provisions governing cadre allocation and transfer of All India Services officers.
The move will enable Harish Jain IPS to continue his service in the Haryana cadre following his marriage to Kanika Goyal, IAS, who belongs to the Haryana cadre.
