Senior IAS officer Hirdesh Kumar, of the 1999 AGMUT cadre, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs. He will serve in the rank of Additional Secretary. NATGRID is a crucial national intelligence and data integration platform, and his leadership is expected to further strengthen its operations.
