Barauni: Reinforcing its commitment to community development and youth empowerment, Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) Barauni successfully concluded Project Saksham 2.0, a flagship skill development initiative conducted in collaboration with CIPET Hajipur. The valedictory ceremony marked the successful completion of specialized vocational training by 50 local candidates, aimed at enhancing employability and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
During the event, trainees who completed courses in Machine Operator – Plastic Processing and Machine Operator – Injection Moulding were awarded Course Completion Certificates and Job Offer Letters, highlighting the programme’s focus on industry-linked employment. Senior officials, including the Business Unit Head and Vice President (HR) of HURL Barauni, attended the ceremony and interacted with the participants.
Addressing the gathering, HURL officials congratulated the trainees for their dedication and encouraged them to continue upgrading their skills to meet evolving industry requirements. Through initiatives such as Project Saksham 2.0, HURL continues to play a significant role in promoting skill development, improving employability, and supporting the socio-economic advancement of communities in and around Barauni.
