In a recent administrative move, the Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed two officers from the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Narinder Khajuria, previously Special Secretary to the Government in the Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred to serve as Special Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Additionally, Tahir Ajaz, who was the Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Development Authority in Gulmarg, has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. These appointments aim to strengthen the administrative framework supporting the Chief Minister’s office.
