Senior IAS officer Kamini Chauhan has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the State Tax Department, Uttar Pradesh, following her return from Central deputation.
A 1997-batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, she brings extensive administrative experience to her new role, strengthening the state’s tax governance and policy implementation framework.
