Mritunjay Pratap Singh, a 1991 batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has been appointed as Director (Operations) at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). Singh has extensive experience in railway infrastructure development and project execution, which will be instrumental in RVNL’s operational efficiency and growth.
