Distinguished former IAS officer Neeraj Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Chairman and Public Interest Director of NSE International Exchange (NSE IX), effective April 19, 2025. This appointment, cleared by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), marks a significant development for NSE IX.
Gupta, a 1982 batch IAS officer of the UP cadre, retired as Secretary, DIPAM in the Finance Ministry, and later served as Central Information Commissioner until 2023. His leadership brings vast administrative experience to the financial sector.
