NLC India CMD Prasanna Kumar Motupalli wins ‘Best Leader of the Year 2026’ for CSR Excellence

Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, Chairman and Managing Director of NLC India Limited, has been honoured with the prestigious “Best Leader of the Year 2026 for Corporate CSR” award. The recognition was conferred at the State CSR Corporate Awards & Conclave 2026 held in Bhubaneswar on April 5, 2026.

The award acknowledges his exceptional leadership in advancing impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that promote sustainability, social inclusion, and community development. Organized by Interview Times, the conclave witnessed participation from PSUs, corporates, policymakers, and NGOs focused on strengthening responsible business practices.

Under Motupalli’s leadership, NLC India has expanded its CSR footprint across key sectors such as education, healthcare, skill development, environmental sustainability, and rural infrastructure—especially in project-affected regions.

Expressing gratitude, Motupalli dedicated the honour to the entire NLCIL workforce, emphasizing their commitment and collective effort behind the achievement. The company reaffirmed that its CSR initiatives go beyond regulatory compliance, focusing on long-term community engagement, inclusive growth, and sustainable development aligned with national priorities.
