Saleem Ahmad selected as CMD of RVNL

Saleem Ahmad, currently Director (Projects) at NBCC (India) Limited, has been chosen as the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). The PESB panel selected him on October 4, 2025, after interviewing ten candidates for the coveted position. His selection comes at a crucial time for RVNL’s infrastructure expansion plans across the railway sector.
