Shailendra Kumar Rawat, currently Executive Director (Quality Assurance) at RDSO, New Delhi, has been transferred to Northern Railway as Chief Workshop Engineer (CWE). An Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer, he brings extensive expertise to his new role.
